QSi Production Quality System (PQS) provides a scalable, configurable framework for Incoming Goods/Outgoing Goods Control (IG/OG), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Gage Management that can be rapidly deployed across the organization.
PQS can be deployed as a stand-alone solution for Gage Management, Incoming and Outgoing Goods Control and/or SPC, or integrated with your existing environment to automate and simplify key production quality processes.

Statistical Process Control (SPC)
The SPC module is the ideal tool for statistical process control for internally produced products and inspection management. Users can perform inspections, record data, pass or fail inspections, and print inspection reports quickly and effectively. Real-time inspection tracking enables faster defect detection and response. Users analyze defects using Pareto Charts and other techniques, reducing inspection effort and costs. An intuitive interface with touch screen capability is easy to use. In addition, the system enables ad hoc, customizable reporting.

Incoming Goods/Outgoing Goods Control (IG/OG)

The IG/OG module combines inspection planning, data collection and analysis in a single, integrated, easy-to-use system that can be linked to your ERP system. The IG/OG module allows users to perform inspections, record data, pass or fail inspections, and print inspection reports quickly and effectively. With bar code scanners and touchscreen capabilities, the system invites intuitive use for shop floor employees. Real-time inspection tracking enables faster defect detection and response. Dynamic sampling allows skip lot inspection and different inspection levels based on ISO standards. A user-friendly system with touch-screen capability allows inspectors to focus on inspection, rather than data entry. Users can define all inspection criteria for quality-related activities and easily create a variety of part-related, part-independent and family/group inspection plans.
